Helping Hands
Ongoing anonymous needs are identified through the Merrill case worker and counselor. Click here for additional information. If you are interested in helping, email your request to be added to the donation mailing list.

Box Tops for Education
Download the new Box Tops app, shop as you normally do, then scan your store receipts to find participating products. The app will automatically credit your school’s Box Tops earnings online. Then twice a year, Merrill will receive a check and can use that cash to buy whatever it needs.

Teacher Appreciation
The Teacher Appreciation Committee works throughout the school year to organize events and solicit donations to help our teachers and staff know how appreciated they are!  For the 2023-2024 school year, we will be providing meals on the teachers’ first day back to school, during fall conferences, and during spring conferences.  We will also stock the teachers’ lounge with snacks and drinks once a month, and have several other special events planned on a monthly basis.  We will also spoil the teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week in May.
